THE PARKS AT PRESTWICK COMBINES A PRISTINE WOODED SETTING WITH
THE ELEGANCE OF COUNTRY CLUB LIVING
AVON, February 1 - Discerning homebuyers who are looking
for peaceful, wooded homesites in prestigious neighborhoods that
are convenient to every aspect of their lifestyles will find all
that in a new community of custom-home neighborhoods.
The Parks at Prestwick, a new Dayspring Development in Avon, brings
four elegant neighborhoods together in a deeply wooded setting adjacent
to the popular Prestwick Country Club. The neighborhoods share common
parkland and a large nature preserve, all connected by miles of
beautifully landscaped walking trails.
Homesites in the first neighborhood, Buckingham Park, are now available.
Starting from the $60's, these sites - many ideal for walkout basements
- are nestled within the community's nature preserve. All have beautiful
views of mature trees, and many overlook the golf course. Homesites
in nearby Windsor Park and condominiums in Oxford Park will be available
in Phase II.
Another striking feature of The Parks at Prestwick is The Commons,
a four-acre shared gathering space at the community's entrance.
All paved walking trails lead here, and a cart path provides access
to Prestwick Country Club. Plans for The Commons include a swimming
pool, bathhouse, playground, basketball court, gazebo and open space.
The community is only 30 minutes from downtown Indianapolis and
15 from the airport, with abundant shopping and dining just a few
minutes away. Most homeowners will be within two minutes of the
golf course and less than a minute from the paths to the parks,
ensuring peaceful, comfortable living.
The Parks at Prestwick is within Avon Community School Corporation,
recognized as one of Indiana's best school districts. Avon offers
residents several four-star schools and the county's newest high
school.
The neighborhoods are served by the Indianapolis Water Company,
Vectren, Hendricks Power Cooperative and Time Warner Cable, with
sewers provided through the West Central Conservancy District. Residents
will have access to state-of-the-art telecommunications, entertainment,
security and high-speed Internet connections.
The community is located on Hendricks Country Road 525 East, about
one mile south of U.S. 36 (Rockville Road). It is approximately
eight miles west of I-465, and four miles east of Danville. To arrange
